Allows you to quickly and easily determine the concentration of nutrients, in the form of salts dissolved in the soil. The device is waterproof, has a stainless steel probe, for direct measurement. When measuring, the device automatically takes into account the soil moisture, density and temperature. Depending on the value of the measured salt concentration, the presence of important nutrients can be detected, e.g.. potassium and sodium. The attached table of reference values, gives useful information, on the need for fertilization. AM 5000 is powered by a 9-V-block battery, which is included in the delivery.
